  • Can I use Belkaart.be from more than one telephone?
  • Yes, of course! You simply dial the access number (02-24002615). As soon as you get through, enter you calling card number, followed by the number that you want to call.

    TIP: When you buy your calling card, you can provide the phone number that you mostly or always use. If number recognition is turned on (CLI is ON), then you don't have to enter your calling card number every time you want to make a call. Your phone number is then recognized by us and we link your number to your calling card. You can then start making cheap international calls right away.
  • How can I find out what my remaining balance is?
  • When making a call, you will hear the remaining balance after you have entered your calling card number. Call 02-4002615, enter your calling card number and your remaining balance will be given.
  • Can I link my phone number to my calling card? TIP!
  • Yes! This is the most convenient way to use your calling card. If you mostly or always call from the same phone number, and number recognition is turned on, then you can link your phone number to your calling card. In which case, you don't have to enter your calling card number every time you want to make a call. You can then dial international numbers directly.

    NB: You can't link your calling card to a hidden caller number.

    You can link your phone number when buying your calling card or if you've already got a calling card and decide to link your phone number at a later stage.
    After buying your calling card, you will receive an e-mail with your calling card details. In this e-mail, there is a weblink that you can click to link your phone number to your calling card. If you've already got a calling card and you want to link and/or change your phone number, then you can do this by clicking this weblink.

    NB: You can't link your calling card to a hidden caller number.

  • I want to pay, but I see a Global Collect logo. What is this?
  • Global Collect is our payment provider and ensures that your payment transaction is carried out securely. This makes no difference whatever bank or credit card you use. Global Collect stands for payment security and reliability.
  • When will I receive an e-mail with my calling card number?
  • As soon as you've bought a calling card and we have received your payment, you'll receive an e-mail from us with your calling card number. Think of this as a PIN code! Keep an eye out in your inbox! With this calling card number, you can make cheap international calls.
  • Who can use Belkaart.be calling cards?
  • Our access number is 02-4002615, which is accessible from any telephone. In other words, a calling card can be used from any mobile, VoIP or prepaid phone. If you're calling from a mobile phone and you have a calling plan, then even this call is free of charge.
  • Are there any call set-up fees?
  • The call set-up fee is Euro 0.04 per call. This is deducted from your balance once you've entered your calling card number.
  • What gets charged to my calling card?
  • The charges deducted from your calling card's balance are a call set-up fee of Euro 0.04 per call plus the cost per minute of your call.
  • Are there any service costs charged?
  • No, we do not charge any service costs or management fees whatsoever. NB: Many other providers do charge such fees! You can find these listed as a percentage of the balance under costs per minute, per call or per day, etc.
  • What are the costs calling to access number 0204002415?
  • Our access number 02-4002415 is a local number. Your telecom provider will charge you for calling our access number.
  • Is anything deducted from my balance if I don't have a connection?
  • We only charge the Euro 0.04 call set-up fee for the use of our system. Only once you've got through to the person you're calling, do we charge the rates per minute as shown in our rate list.
  • Can I buy Cobra calling cards?
  • No, Belkaart.be calling cards aren't the same as Cobra calling cards.
  • Can I call premium numbers using Belkaart.be?
  • No, you can't call premium numbers using your Belkaart.be calling card. Premium numbers are 090x numbers.
  • Can I use my Belkaart.be calling card when I am abroad?
  • No, we only have an access number in Belgium.
  • Can I pre-program the Belkaart.be access number into my phone?
  • Yes, this is possible on some phones. Several phones have been listed below that can be pre-programmed with instructions about how to do this.

    1) Nokia/Samsung:
    Enter our access number 02-4002615 and press the star key (*) three times. Next dial the number that you want to call. Finish with a hash sign (#). For example: 0204002615 p 00321234567890#

    2) Siemens/Panasonic:
    Enter our access number 02-4002615 and keep the 0 key pressed until a plus sign (+) appears. Next dial the number that you want to call. Finish with a hash sign (#). For example: 024002615 + 00321234567890#
